The scoring is based on a series of standard, one to four player game types; Stroke Play, Match Play and Stableford Plus and standard golf rules are adhered to with penalty strokes for going out of bounds or into water hazards.  To keep the game flowing, a timer - set in the game options - ticks down for each shot; fail to play your stroke within the time frame and you'll suffer a penalty stroke.

• Eagle: 4 points
• Birdie: 3 points
• Par: 2 point
• Bogey: 1 Point
Additional Points
• The golfer with the longest drive on every par five (1 point)
• The nearest approach on every par three (1 point)
• Woodies (making par after hitting at least one tree) (1 point)
• Sandies (making par on a hole when you've been in at least one bunker) (1 point)
You'll be given a breakdown of your score for every hole once you've holed out.

Bonus Points
In the event of a tied score at the end of the match, the winner will be the player who has achieved the highest Bonus Score.  A player’s Bonus score is determined by a formula which emphasizes consistency (number of Greens-In-Regulation, putting accuracy and fairway accuracy) with a tip of the hat to showmanship (average driving distance).
