I would say they are Definitely US-friendly!
The earliest of these starts at 11:30pm Central European Time!
Can't play in a single one of them!

Up until recently they allowed US players only. Now that they opened it up to UK and Europe (mainly western and central) they may not be thinking in terms of time. It would have been nice to have a 3:00 game and a 9:00 one, hell the 11:30 games are way to late for my old ass.
