    whats the best way/s to deal with the the starting rounds of these

    Depends on how your table is playing and the prize structure. But, mainly tight is right. Wait for big hands and play them overly-strong (because you're likely to get paid off by weaker hands trying to get lucky).

    If people are playing too cagey and tight... open up a little and get aggressive but let a hand go as soon as someone shows any interest... they're playing according to the advice above and are hoping you'll be the one to payoff with a weaker hand.

    Selective aggression is right. I can easily got the first 3 rounds of a freeroll without playing a single hand.
