For me it depends on a lot of different senerio's! Early in the tournament it is the standard 3 or 4X bb, regardless of position. If someone reraise me, then I'll push harder.

If I'm short stacked I'm pushing all-in, regardless of the stage of the tournament.

I, personally, will never slow play Ace's preflop. That will bite you in the butt too many times.

I don think you should ever limp your just asking to get beat if you limp... And going allin in a free roll enter at your own risk, an in buyins its diffrent quality of play is much better .. and coming in with a nice size bet 3x or 4x bb is probably the best way to go..

JK makes a very good point. Me on the other hand will look at how the table is playing, and play the Aces accordingly. Limp in, then re-raise if someone raises the blinds. Sometimes go allin depending on the game and whos at my table. Its wide open on how you can play Aces. Its basicly a crap shoot most of the times. Just keep changing your game play to keep people guessing.

But thats not always wise, most of the time, thats when someone calls and has hit 2 pr on the flop, and 2 crappy pr at that.

Someone once asked what is the first thing that pops in my head when I get dealt AA

First thought .... how do I get the maximum value for this? Going all in, the majority of times will get you just the blinds.

Do I have a set answer? ... no... My decision on how to play AA each time is based upon the players at the table... my stack... their stacks

And the decision of how to proceed changes with each card revealed on the board...
