Blacklisted Poker Rooms

Call it the wall of shame, the blacklist, rogue poker sites, rip offs, whatever you choose, this is one page the scandalous, shameful, rogue poker rooms don't want you to see. Why? Because an educated online poker player is one that won't let them succeed. The less they are known, the more cash they can steal, cheat and rip off from unsuspecting players.

Rogue poker rooms will attempt to lure you in with big poker bonus offers, tons of freerolls and other tricks. When it comes time to cash out your winnings, the trouble starts. You will have to "jump through hoops"... email them, chat them up on live chat and you will get the same old story. "We are currently experience some delays in processing cashout's due to a processor error" and "We are working on a solution and hope to have everything back to normal as soon as possible"

We realize there are times when a network or poker room may experience a glitch and payments may be delayed. But the rogue rooms that make our blacklist have a history of continuously and repeatedly ripping off players (and affiliates too).

Our blacklist, or rogue list if you please, is not limited solely to non payment of cash outs, we also list online poker rooms with a history of scandal and unscrupulous behavior. Be smart and only play at reputable online poker rooms! Avoid these rogue operators and play only in a safe and secure online environment.

Avoid these rooms at all cost!

These rooms are all part of the network that is now called GameTech Solutions, they are same rogue network that was FutureBet, then iGamingSolutions (aka. IGS). With a history of stealing from players and operators that goes back to 2007, they are the king of rogue poker networks.

Currently, the network uses the Merge Gaming software and misleads operators and players into thinking they are the "real" Merge Gaming network. Instead, the processing is all handled by the rogues of IGS/Gametech and it won't be long until they perform what made FutureBet famous... ripping off players and operators!

One easy way to spot this rogue group is when you attempt to download the software. The moment you click "Download" or "Play Now" you are taken to a web page that asks if you have an account yet. You must fill in your details before downloading. Some sites have changed this a bit in where you may download before registering but you still must create your account from the web site.

Other tell tale signs are, the poker software is named "The Poker Community" and the cashier is called "ClickCashier" or "epaycashier".

The poker room listing at PicClub lists many of these rogue poker rooms as being on the "GT Network" In this case, GT=GameTech

A "true" Merge gaming site downloads right away and you register your account in the actual poker software, not the website.

Several of the rogue poker rooms have since closed but we chose to continue listing them in the case they come back online on the same network.

The same was true of DonPoker.com. It appears the download installer is corrupted. The file is named "ThePokerInstaller". Perhaps it should be TheComputerCrasher"?

A rather interesting discussion is ongoing at our poker forum in the IGS/Futurebet/GameTech Solutions blacklisted thread.

IGS or Gametech Solutions.
Spadester.com Although not a poker room, this rogue skill game site has more complaints than happy players. They do not pay players, affiliates or even the former Affiliate Manager! Avoid Spadster at all cost! n/a

Poker Player Warnings:

Just one step from being blacklisted and considered rogue, sites appearing in the warning stage exhibit the traits of closing, going rogue or disappearing altogether. If improvements are made they may be moved to Poker Player Cautions, if we are unable to get responses or things get worse, then they are sent to the blacklist.

You should exercise extreme caution when dealing with rooms in the warning phase. We recommend cashing out if possible and avoiding the room unless vast improvements are made.

Luck3 Poker
Luck3 Casino

This brand has been bumped to the blacklist. Avoid Luck3 at all costs!

Poker Player Cautions:

We issue player cautions when an online poker is showing signs of concern. It could be late or missing payments, issues with the software it's self, possible closures, etc. We don't feel they deserve to be classified as rogue or totally blacklisted, but players should be aware of the issues.

Once improvements are made and things return to normal we will remove the caution.

PayNoRake

PayNoRake has been slow with payments lately. No other issues have been noted. Please contact us if you are experiencing a delay in a cashout.

Action!
Cake Poker Network

The Cake Network has been found to have a hole in their security layers where players information and hole cards could be viewed by others. They are in process of installing a SSL encryption. Players should proceed with caution and play on wired networks or at least a WPA2 secured wireless network. Click here to see what Cake had to say.

Update: Cake Poker has installed an SSL security platform on the flagship poker room "Cake Poker" however at the time of this update, the beta version of Cake and many of the skins of Cake Poker have yet to be updated. Players should look for "ssleay32.dll" in the installation directory of the poker room you are playing at.
